he IQAir HealthPro Air Purifier features the same advanced air purification technologies as the IQAir HealthPro Plus, but does not include the V-5 Cell gas & Odor filter. Of course, you can upgrade your HealthPro later by adding the V-5 filter. The HealthPro removes every type of particle air pollutant, including particles 100 times smaller than HEPA filtration can remove. Like all IQAir Air Purifiers, The HealthPro does not release ozone or any other potentially harmful chemicals.
Most other HEPA air cleaners filter particles 0.3 microns and larger, but the IQAir HealthPro is designed, tested and certified to filter particles 0.0003 microns (the world's smallest particle) and larger. These smaller particles make up 90% of airborne particulates and are a significant health risk according to leading medical organizations like the American Heart Association and the California Air Resources Board. With IQAir's HyperHEPA technology, the HealthPro effectively removes these ultra-small particles.

In fact, while other air cleaners are rated only for particles down to 0.3 microns, IQAir systems have been found to remove particles down to 0.01 microns with close to 99% efficiency.
