The Miele S2120 Olympus is quite similar to the S2120 Delphi, and S2180 Titan, but does not include an electric power brush for cleaning carpets. The attachment included with the Olympus is a combination Rug / Floor switch, which has a retractable brush that extends for bare surface floors, and retracts into the floor tool for cleaning rugs and carpets. We recommend this vacuum for for homes that have bare floors or very very low pile carpet, or area rugs. We do not recommended the Miele Olympus for homes that have plush piled carpeting.
